They came the next day. diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it within a few hours. Tested and done. Before arriving, they had asked me to send pictures ahead of time. They saw there was clear water damage and offered to call a water damage company to help with the after repair work which would involve drying the wall interior and eventual repair. Both things that plumbers don't do themselves.

I am very happy with the service provided by Efficient Plumbing. The plumber, Titus, arrived within 2 hours of my call. He pulled and reset a leaking toilet and snaked two clogged drains for me. He was efficient and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

Everyone was great to work with. Titus was very professional, honest and patient. As a first time homeowner with previous plumbing nightmares during initial move in, every little water noise catches my attention. A few days ago, a mysterious dripping sound caught my ear, and perked my anxiety. My uncle recommended Efficient Plumbing and I gave them a call to schedule a leak detection test. Titus arrived well within the time range and proceeded to diagnose the issue. I seem to have lucked out. Titus was very honest and let me know that he didn’t find any evidence of a leak, and it may have been a small obstruction that was causing the dripping sound, but has since passed. He was extremely patient with all of my questions, and helped curb my anxiety. They even were kind enough to charge the standard service charge rate, rather than the leak detection fee, for the service I initially asked for. All in all, though I hope to never have to call a plumber in the near future, when I do, it will be Efficient Plumbing.

The workman were polite and effecient. They quickly identified a pipe leak under the house and repaired it within the time frame quoted. Had I done the repair myself, it would have take. Me a day to find the leak and half a day to repair it. It was worth the amount charged to have it done professionally with the least amoi t of downtime for our water.
